• Rijke, verfijnde rode wijn met mooi versmolten, zachte tannines en een lange afdronk. Van een van de onbetwiste topdomeinen van Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Het toonaangevende Franse wijnmagazine ‘La Revue du vin de France’ bestempeld het domein als een voorbeeld voor jonge wijnboeren: ‘Les vins du domaine du Vieux Donjon comptent parmi les plus fins, les plus élégants et les plus réguliers de l’appellation Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Cette production devrait servir de modèle aux jeunes vignerons qui souhaitent produire des Châteauneuf-du-Pape raffinés et pas uniquement imposants’
